How long do we keep your information? We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
What are your rights? You have the right to access, update, and delete your data. You may delete your account and all associated data directly through the "Delete Account" feature in the app settings.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services. This includes:
- Email addresses
- Phone numbers
- Passwords
- Professional credentials (for Veterinarian accounts)

We process your information to:
- Facilitate account creation and authentication.
- Verify professional credentials for specialized access.
- Deliver and improve our veterinary information services.
- Comply with legal obligations (KVKK).
3. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure.
4. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In accordance with KVKK and Apple's Privacy Guidelines, you have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data.
- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data via the "Delete Account" button within the application settings.
5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services.
- Account data (email, phone number, password): Retained until you delete your account.
- Professional credentials (for Veterinarian accounts): Retained during account activity and deleted upon account deletion.
- Usage data: Retained for a maximum of 6 months for service improvement purposes.
When you delete your account via the "Delete Account" feature in the app settings, all your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
We may retain certain information longer if required by law (e.g., KVKK obligations).
